Area youth will have the opportunity to investigate jobs and career opportunities available to them at Friday's Career Fair at the Pete Drakulich Gymnasium at Pierson Vocational High School

The event is sponsored by Pierson School Youth Transition Program and the Nogales High School Air Force Jr. ROTC Program and is in its ninth year.

The fair is planned from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and representatives from regional or local employers and post-secondary training programs will participate.

"We request a wide variety of employers, all branches of the military and post-secondary training programs to assist us in providing our students with career employment and training opportunities," a spokesman said.

"This fair has provided our students with the opportunity to explore careers and/or complete applications for full and part-time employment."
