The Border Patrol just happens to intercept contraband during a protest by the residents of Tubac, much to the delight of photographers and reporters. We are told that the agents will sometimes allow contraband to pass the real border in order that it can be intercepted at the Tubac checkpoint. You don’t suppose – naaah! They wouldn’t! Would they?
