Spirits invoked on Halloween, Dia de Los Muertos

Nogales residents, young and old, were tricked and treated Saturday night during Halloween festivities at City Hall. Area residents and artists set up altars and booths on Sunday and Monday on Bejarano Street to mark Dia De Los Muertos.
