Devastated here

Unfortunately, we were also devastated by the closure of Pat Beck Chrysler. (NI, Tuesday, Nov.3)

He took two trade-ins on a new car and did not pay off either of the outstanding loans. We also cannot verify if he paid Chrysler Financial for the new car we purchased. Now we are on the hook for three car loans and have two repossessions on our credit since we did not know that they had not been paid off. (We did get the cars back after spending several thousands of dollars to do so).

Our credit has been ruined and we have had to consult a bankruptcy attorney. It has completely devastated my family both financially and emotionally.

We also filed a complaint with the state attorney general’s office in July but have not heard back. The county attorney’s office said that they were going to refer my case to the state attorney, as well, but again, we have not heard anything.

I am asking you to print this letter so other victims know they are not alone.
