Concepcion Figueroa, 89, died Jan. 3, 2010, in Nogales, Ariz.

He is survived by wife, Lucia Ruelas; son, Javier Ruelas (Maria); daughters, Sonia Flores (David), Gaby Valenzuela (Luis), Maria Ceballos (Esteban); five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services were at Adair’s Carroon Mortuary on Jan. 5, 2010, with a memorial service on Jan. 6, followed by interment at the Nogales City Cemetery.

Arrangements were by Adair’s Carroon Mortuary.
