The Nogales City Council on Wednesday will discuss “the City’s actions regarding City Council Candidate Marcia Moreno," according to a meeting agenda. Moreno was served with a long-standing traffic warrant last week.

The council will also consider paying the International Boundary and Water Commission an additional $55,000 for "design services for the rehabilitation of the International Outfall Interceptor," which funnels wastewater from Nogales, Sonora to the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rio Rico.

The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at City hall.
