Cecilia Karl, a resident of Elder Street in Nogales, had a new roof put on her home this fall through a program called Rebuilding Together that works “to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize neighborhoods by providing critical home repair and modification services to those in need at no cost to homeowners.”
